Privacy Policy

Effective August 6, 2026

DigiCo LLC (“The Ironclad Pipeline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values the privacy of our business clients (“Tenants”) and the homeowners who use our booking widgets (“End Consumers”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, secure, and disclose personal data through our multi-tenant software engine and serverless API dispatch arrays.

1. Data Collection & Minimization Principles

We practice strict data minimization. We only collect the baseline information necessary to configure your automated web setups, process SaaS subscriptions, and execute instant mobile dispatch routing.

Tenant Data Collected: When an HVAC contractor onboards, we collect corporate metadata through our Next.js onboarding terminal, including company name, phone number, physical operating territory, brand assets, and active severe weather matrix options. Subscription billing details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our core servers.

End Consumer Data Collected:When a homeowner submits a service request on a Tenant’s website, our serverless API parses basic diagnostic and routing metrics:

  • Full Name
  • Callback Phone Number
  • Physical Service/Property Address
  • Equipment Brand & Mechanical Failure Symptoms
  • IP Address and Device/Browser Metadata for edge caching security verification

2. How Data Flows & Third-Party Infrastructure

Data captured via our layouts bypasses traditional, sluggish email queues to maximize “speed-to-lead” metrics. It flows through a secure, centralized master account infrastructure owned by DigiCo:

Database Storage: All profile configurations and transaction arrays write securely to Supabase, utilizing active Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data isolation between tenants.

Communication Routing: The instant a consumer submits an emergency request, our serverless API route (/api/dispatch-lead) routes the payload cleanly into our Twilio architecture. Twilio automatically reformats the payload into an SMS text message or automated voice script and dispatches it within 3 seconds to the technician’s mobile device.

SMS Consent, Frequency & Opt-Out: By submitting a phone number through a request form, a consumer consents to receive text messages related to that request (scheduling, dispatch, and invoice updates) at the number provided. Message frequency varies depending on the request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Mobile Information Non-Sharing: No mobile phone number or other mobile information collected for SMS purposes will be shared with, or sold to, any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This category excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose, including marketing.

Zero Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize user or consumer data to third-party data brokers, marketing aggregators, or external companies under any circumstances. Data is exclusively utilized to run the software service.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Security

Illinois PIPA Alignment: In compliance with the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), we maintain reasonable, industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure data in transit and at rest. This includes mandatory TLS/SSL encryption for all global edge network configurations, access-controlled production databases, and tokenized serverless API processing.

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Transparency: This policy maintains full compliance with FTC guidelines by providing clear disclosure regarding what data is required, how it is processed, and the exact automated mechanisms used to pass that data across the web.

Data Breach Protocols: In the highly unlikely event that our database infrastructure suffers a security compromise, we adhere strictly to Illinois PIPA notification timelines, alerting affected Tenants and regulatory agencies as required by state statute.

4. Data Retention, Disclosure, & Rights

Retention Boundaries: We retain personal data only as long as an active subscription exists, or as necessary to provide historical lead logs to the designated Tenant.

Underage Users: Our Platform is engineered exclusively for B2B trade contractors and adult homeowners requiring localized property repair services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Data Requests & Opt-Outs: Tenants and End Consumers can request a comprehensive summary of their stored data or ask for permanent record deletion from our configuration tables at any time by contacting our developer support channel.
